Vehicle security - Specification for dead locking systems for passenger cars and car derived vehicles

BS AU 209-6a:1996 specifies requirements for the performance of dead locking systems fitted to passenger compartment doors, luggage compartment or hatchback doors, engine compartment access, fuel filler aperture lids and sun-roof equipment of passenger cars and car derived vehicles.

This Part of BS AU 209 is intended to supplement but not replace the requirements of Part 1a and, for a centrally locked system, Part 5b.
