BS EN 16890:2017 partially supersedes BS 1877-10:2011 + A1:2012 for the following products: children’s mattresses for cots and cribs.
Mattresses for perambulators and other similar domestic articles, e.g. moses baskets etc., have not been covered in BS EN 16890:2017 and therefore BS 1877-10:2011 + A1:2012 can still be used to assess these products.
