What’s changed since the last update?
This technical revision replaces the 2004 standard. The main changes are editorial, in addition to which:
a) Clause 2 has been updated
b) The former Note 1 in 4.1 has been moved to regular text
c) Surface conditions have been added in 4.4.4
d) Subclause 4.4.10 has been technically revised
e) Arc energy has been added in 4.4.17
f) Annex A has been revised
