The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25 May 2018. Within the legislation, Article 35 calls for an assessment of the impact of processing operations. This European standard will help users manage their response to Article 35.

Organizations which process data using radio frequency identification (RFID).
Why should you use this standard?
It supplies a process for conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs) for devices using RFID (radio frequency identification).
In particular it supplies a way to determine whether the risk is high enough to justify a full impact assessment.
The standard also specifies a set of procedures for developing PIA templates, including tools compatible with RFID PIA methodology.
